I used a digital stamp from Polkadoodles called Winnie Mermaid for this card. The image is colored with Spectrum Noir markers. The card is layered with two diecut shapes (Darice+Lala Land) on embossed paper (Tim Holtz folder). It is embellished with glitter and a paper flower.
