Day 28 or Smeared & Smudged 31 Days of Halloween - DominoArt!
Supply List:
standard domino
large craft stick
alcohol inks
permanent black ink
stamps: wings + face - Smeared Ink Quoth the Raven set
crown - Tim Holtz
patterned paper
three gems
lamination film (for extra durability)
eyelash trim
I created this Edgar Allan Poe bookmark/plant stick from an altered domino and craft stick. I colored the domino with the alcohol ink and then used permanent black ink to stamp on Edgar's face. The crown and wings were stamped on to design paper. They were laminated to add stability. The piece is embellished with three golden rhinestones and a scrap of eyelash trim.

What a magical idea. I am thinking of ways to use all sorts of fantasy images on sticks.
