Day 5 of Smeared & Smudged 31 Days of Halloween!
I used Dilly Bean Stamp #233 Voodoo Doll #1 for this ATC. I colored the stamp with PSE, markers, colored pencils and chalk. The ATC is embellished with netted ribbon, a google eye, glitter and a real pin.
