I used a digital stamp from All Dressed Up called Mermaid Gang for this birthday card. The image is colored with Spectrum Noir markers. The card is layered with two diecut shapes from Darice (frame and embossed paper star (Tim Holtz folder). The card is embellished with glitter and two beads.
