Treats Bag



I used a digital stamp from Polkadoodles called Winnie Sunshine Delights Delicious for this gift bag topper. The image is colored with Spectrum Noir markers. The bag is layered with a diecut shape (Sizzix) and embellished with glitter and three colors of lace.
