I dug an old digital stamp out of my stash today for this card. The image is called Festival Girl and it is from the now closed business called Time 4 Tea. The image is colored with Spectrum Noir markers and is layered with a diecut (Spellbinder) and embellished with three purple rhinestone hearts.
