I used a snowman rubber stamp from Santa Rosa and a snowflake stamp from Inkadinkado for this tag. The image is colored with Spectrum Noir markers. The tag is layered with a diecut circle shape. The tag and sentiment were cut from design paper. Ribbon and glitter were added for embellishments.
