I used a digital stamp from Polkadoodles called Winnie Sunshine Delight Shopping for this tag. The image is colored with markers. The card is layered on an embossed (Tim Holtz folder) paper diecut shape (Sizzix). The tag is embellished with glitter, ribbon and two mini brown buttons.
