Sloth Junk Journal Page

I used a recycled mailing envelope for this junk journal page. The page is layered with a painted book page (water colors), embossed paper (Darice folder), a rubber stamped leaf (Dina Wakley) and a fussy cut sloth from Etsy. The finished project was splattered with Dina Wakley turquoise gloss spray.

This mixed media art started with a blank 4x6 inch index card. Paper scraps, washi tape and various paints and inks were used to create the background. The owls are a rubber stamp design from Stampabilities. A feather was added for texture.
