I used a large index card as the base for this mixed media art. The background is created with paper scraps (including two types of stencils). One stencil was done using Tim Holtz spray stain. The stars are punched from stenciled kraft paper. Blue marks were made using a posca pen. The Vincent van Gogh woman is from Etsy.
