Picture Perfect - Mixed Media Art

I used a large index card as a base for this mixed media art. The background was made using water color paints and Tim Holtz distress sprays. Three paper scraps with stenciling were used. The botanical is from a fodder class I took. The pillhat woman is from Etsy.
