I used a digital stamp from Star Stampz called Balloons and Ice Cream for this card. The image is colored with Spectrum Noir markers. The card is layered with embossed paper (Spellbinder), two diecut shapes (Sizzix and Darice) and three paper scraps from my stash. The card is embellished with a mini pink button.
