Bright and Happy Birthday Card



I used a digital stamp from All Dressed Up called Dog in Shades 1 for this card. The image is colored with Spectrum Noir markers. The card is layered with two diecut shapes (Darice) on an embossed piece of paper (Tim Holtz folder). The card is embellished with three mini gems.
