I used a digital stamp from Ching-Chou Kuik called Fantasy Easter Ocean from the Spring Mermaid and Fairy Set for this card. The image is colored with watercolor paints. The card is layered with two diecut shapes (Darice) and embellished with Easter ribbon, green glitter and two paper flowers.
