I used a large index card as the base for this mixed media art. The background was created with lots of paper scraps (including some embossed paper). Color was added with acrylics, water colors and sprays by Tim Holtz. Edges were inked with Tim Holtz distress ink. The starfish and squiggle marks are from rubber stamps. The 1920's woman is from Etsy.
