I used a digital stamp from Lili of the Valley called Scruffy Edward for this card. The image is colored with markers and blended pencils. The card is layered and fashioned using the sketch by Sweet Sketch Wednesday. The card is embellished with embossed diecut party hats, glossy accents, pompoms and glitter.
