I created a mixed media background with paper scraps and paints for this tag. Black marks were made with Dina Wakley scribbles crayon. The lovely dancer is from Itkupilli (Etsy). The flower shape is from a Dina Wakley tissue paper set. The sentiment is from a Tim Holtz pack. The shape was cut with a Spellbinder diecut.
