I used a large index card as the base for this mixed media art. The background was created with paper scraps (including a paint sample). Color was added with acrylic and tempera paints. Glitter was added for some sparkle. The edges were inked with Tim Holtz distress ink. The Carmen Miranda cat is from Etsy.
