I used a digital stamp called Scruff Cupcake from Polkadoodles for this card. The image is colored with blended pencils and markers. The card is layered with two diecut shapes (circle-Sizzix and flag-LaLa Land). Embellishments include yellow liquid pearl and three flat beads.
